COMMENTS FROM OUR SELLERS: The location cannot be beat. Being only a ten-minute walk to downtown allows us to not have to commute to work, with office buildings and the courthouse being easily within reach. The proximity to downtown restaurants and other amenities has also allowed us to walk home after a night out. While Bootlegger's Cove is urban and centrally located, it is also only a quick walk to the Coastal Trail, Westchester Lagoon, and Chester Creek Trail allowing for all sorts of outdoor activities like skating, skiing, running, and biking.
